Is Business Law everything other than Taxation for REG? The Wiley Content Overview has “Ethics, Professional, and Legal Responsibility” separate from “Business Law”… so when I hear that the exam is X amount Tax and Y amount Business Law… are people saying that Business Law includes all topics not covered under Taxation?

I’ve heard different amounts… what would you consider the allocation between Taxation and Business Law? Is it 60/40 in favor of Tax? 70/30 in favor of tax? Also, sounds like SIMs test much more heavily on Tax… sound about right?
