I’m studying to sit for REG on 8/31 (currently on REG 3) and I was just curious as to which lectures give people to toughest time (on average). I know AUD 3,4 for some people are tough, BEC 3,5 give people problems, etc.

Taking reg on 8/31 got a 73 the first time make sure you know corp tax in and out past what becker teaches you.

REG 2 and 3 just cause it's mainly all the tax topics in regulation. make sure to study S corps even though theres only like 24 questions on it on the becker MC

@vi3tdragen, I think the exam sticks to mostly tax based SIMS. You never know with these though..
