Study materials – possible error

Currently studying bankruptcy for Reg and the CPAexcel book says that when there are more than 12 creditors, 3 must file and their claims must be in excess of $14,425; Jeff’s Ninja notes have that amount at $15,325. Which is correct?

NINJA is correct. The law changed about a year ago. You might have an outdated book.
