Does anyone know if we are allowed to bring in snacks or water bottle, and leave them in our locker?

I know we have the 15min break after the testlet, and i want to know if we will have access to our locker. Thinking of getting reenergized during that break.

I sit for Reg tomorrow. Feeling good about it, let’s see how it goes.

Nothing goes into the room with you. You can take breaks after any testlet, you don't have to wait until the designated 15 min break time. Do NOT pull your phone out when you get your snack/water though. The proctors told me about a few times where someone took out their phone just to check the time/reply to a text and they were instantly disqualified for that section.

During my fifteen minute break they said I could access my locker for snacks but I must inform them before I did. One of the workers watched me as I got my food from my locker then left me alone to eat.

I was able to get a snack during my break – the Prometric I went to gave us color coded keys so that the employees would know what I was allowed to do/access during my break. I didn't even bring my phone into the building as I didn't want there to be even the slightest chance of them disqualifying me if they saw my phone in my locker while I was grabbing my snack.

I took a section a couple weeks ago. Before I went in, they did tell me about the optional break but I wasn't really clear on what all I could or couldn't do during it (use phone, go to restroom, whatever) so just didn't take it at all. The person described above who used phone during the break should've known better probably but again, the lack of do's and don't for the break was the reason I played it safe and just kept going.

I only take my car key, driver’s license, NTS copy, light snack, clear bottled water, and lip gloss in a clear Ziploc bag with me each time I go in the Prometric Center. I only use the locker for my car key, that’s all. Everything goes in the small fridge by the entrance door of the testing center.

I wear shirt and pants with NO HOLES and POCKETS. It’s less hassle.
