Sitting for REG in July – What tax laws to learn?

Do we use the 2013 rates and amounts? Thanks

You will be tested on 2014 tax law starting July 1.

REG - 86
FAR - 74,
BEC - 72,
AUD -73,

From what I've heard though, the changes for 2014 are insignificant. Plus I've also read that the exam tends to either 1) shy away from using figures that change yearly or 2) provide you with the figures so you don't have to memorize them.
