Simulation Grading

I am sure this has been asked before, but I am curious how “strictly” the simulations are graded. As an example, the Becker material makes you use both positive and negative numbers in an M-1 recalc. I literally got every single number right, but I put all positive numbers. Half of my entries were marked incorrect.

Seeing as how this thing is graded by a computer, is it going to be “stupid” enough to mark an answer wrong for something like that, or does it somehow know that I was right? Or was I actually wrong?

I take my test on Thursday and the though of the simulations terrifies me, given how many yellow boxes I keep getting for “right” answers.

    REG: 90
    FAR: 76
    AUD: 88
    BEC: 89

If the SIMS tell you to put in a debit balance as a positive and a credit balance as a negative…then you need to do just that. I am pretty sure you will get it wrong if you put a debit balance as a negative and vice versa. Don't worry..the SIMS will tell you the signs you need to put exactly. Same as with a gain or loss. Obviously a gain will be a positive and a loss will be a negative.

    BEC - 76 (1/24/15)
    REG - 82 (4/13/15)
    AUD - 89 (5/31/15)
    FAR - 78 (8/16/15)

Starting right now I'll be strong
    I'll play my fight song
And I don't really care if nobody else believes
'Cause I've still got a lot of fight left in me
