I have an exam scheduled at Prometric for MARCH 10. Since it is the LAST day of the testing window and the LAST day you can take the exam under the “old” format I am selling my seat. I hear many prometric centers are booked this day. All you have to do is pay my $35 reschedule Fee and a “premium” of lets say $500 and the slot is all yours.

BTW the prometric center is in the WASH DC area. and exam is MAR 10 at 11 AM . perfect time..sleep in a little, get some breakfast and take the exam.

I'm pretty sure somewhere either in prometric's or aicpa's fine print this is covered. I mean even becker prohibits you from reselling books that you rightfully purchased so I believe this is a big no no because they want the seats available to anybody taking the test not just someone who knows someone.

Besides for the “rapid speed” at which all things Prometric work who knows when a cancelled seat shows as available, could be the next business day and someone else could still scoop it up before the unfortunate person who paid for the priviledge. Then you're out $500 and the seat…….nice.

OP, these seats are just like airplane tickets, if you don't use then you lose them, save yourself the hassle of time and of losing $200 to reschedule and just move on. Take it or leave it thats just my 2 cents. I hope you chose wisely.

BEC: 5/21/14 82! PASSED HALF WAY THERE!
    FAR: 4/2/15 80! Almost there!
    AUD: 69, 74, 4/3/14 81! PASSED
    REG: TBD

Does anyone know how to remove this post ?

I found 2 people at work this morning willing to buy the seat and they got into a bidding war and it sold for $675. My plan is to reschedule my exam to March 8, hence freeing up the MAR 10 date and the guy that bought my seat will see it freed up on the prometric website and sign up.
