Why does Ninja ask so many question concerning this matter (1933/1934/section 18..etc.).The proportion of question I get on this topic compared to others when I just choose to have question come from business law and professional ethics/responsibilities, is mind numbing. I would like to practice more general law topics like contracts, agency, secured interest and bankruptcy, but it seems every 3 questions is about this obscure topic (and small in comparison to other law topics).
