Is this statment true of false.

The items that flow thru to the shareholder are reported on a schedule k-1 and included on the shareholders individual tax return 1040.

Just trying to make sure im understanding this properly. Reading this stuff so much can sometimes backfire.

I assume this is for S corps, in which case it is true.

But if it is for C corps, it is false. C corps don't issue K-1s.
