Ok, so Becker doesn’t really cover S Corps in great detail, nor does CPA Excel. Does anyone have a link or potentially another study software that gives in-depth examples of S Corps? I am pretty comfortable with contributions and flow through of income, though could use some work with distributions and sales of assets to shareholders. Any suggestions? I will say that there is an excellent CPA Excel sim regarding sales and dist of property requiring the calculation of basis, gain/loss, and the effect on current and accum E&P for a C Corp if anyone out there is having problems in that area. Becker also has some nice C Corp sims as well as great sims for partnerships.
