So I need to retake Reg. 73 on the last attempt. Devastated but I have to move on!

I was wondering what the process is? My state now has all online application process and won’t accept any paper application. At least for the re-applicants. It keeps saying I need to import my application and when I do, it tells me “Import failure: already imported” I’ve contacted the board and everybody else involved and they just reset my password and it still says my scores are not reported. I’ve taken all 4 sections, passed 3 and failed Reg. I just need to know how to fix this issue? The guy even sent me a link to tutorials but my account won’t even let me import (rather, it says it’s already imported but the scores won’t show) my application, so I’m at lost

then you just need to click the “apply online” button and re-apply for a new NTS.

you do not need to import your application.

the “apply online” button should be on the left hand side underneath the “home” button

when I click “apply online” it asks me to import my application, even though when I try to do it, it says it's already imported. It won't take me to the next step. it's quite frustrating and I can't figure out what to do.

I went through the same thing. I got frustrated and just sat and looked at the screen for 10 minutes and everything just popped up. Then I was able to re-apply. I think it has something to do with the server connection to your state. I'm just guessing there. I really don't know if that is the case.
