So I need a little advice.  I took REG in April and FAR in May and

within the last 48 hours, got a score of 70 for each.  Now I need to

know which one I should re-take in August, and which one I should

re-take in November.  Please give me your opinion supported by your

line of reasoning.  Thanks in advance!

I would take the “easiest” one first, to build my confidence. If I take REG/FAR in august, then I'll get my score in Sept while Im studying for the other one. If I passed the one I took in August, then I'll be more motivated to work harder and pass what will now me my last section.

You could argue that since you've studied for FAR most recently that you should take FAR in august cause the material is “fresher” in your mind than REG.  For me, it wouldnt matter because it's still been too long for me to really remember much of anything for either REG or FAR.  I might even want to take REG first just to mix it up since I just finished studying for FAR.
