Think so, lol. If AICPA releases REG today, we will see it tomorrow. But they usually skip a day so it's likely they will release tomorrow and post Friday.

Anyway, i always felt Becker did a great job at FAR and even REG was VERY well covered. My problem was burn-out and time-management.

I do have most of the Wiley books and doesn't yaeger use wiley also? A system is a system, but Bonds, Leases, and Consolidation are all ultra-important. Always have said Becker has the BEST software, but maybe not the best text.

I wouldn't abandon Becker Final Review as I have previously advised. It's a tough exam–the dragon of 'em all

In my opinion Becker is better organized for FAR but Yeager wins on teaching at a lower level. I've been out of school since 2002 so I needed basics on up. Becker is tops for AUD definitely. I liked it for BEC but I also used a free yeager video for variances. I think Becker did a good job on REG (we will see, lol). Becker flies at a high level most of the time which works for some and it is less time consuming but there are some topics that you just need to start at A and spend the time getting to Z.

I have been out since 2002 as well. Hell, we may have even had classes together at LSU.

It's tough to pick one system that works best for you. All are pretty similar. I don't like how Wiley's text is formatted, but they do give another perspective on the material.

I saw an awesome Wiley book at B-A-M the other day. It's basically an overview of all sections. Sorta like Beck's Final Review. Very well organized.

If i fail this one, i will be buying it for 49.99 all day long.

The only reason I switched was because I gave Becker three shots, which was one too many probably. I think if you fail a section twice and you put in the effort both times maybe you should try something else. Change of pace. Good Luck leebird. I'm sure you did fine.

so what are we predicting for REG now? possibly a release today and scores tomorrow? I am thinking it will be a release tomorrow and scores on Friday – one can hope they will release today though

@Bham – I hope for today but tomorrow is probably more likely. Although FAR really should've been released Monday and was a day late so REG might be today. Not getting my hopes up but my nerves are shot.

Yeah, this site is like crack. Addicted to posting/checking/reposting.

@ LSU_BR, hope I will not have to retest this one as well. Left the 2nd SIM almost 100% incomplete.

Used Gleim 2 years ago, and knew how crappy it was. Could not afford becker at time.

Anyway, the anticipation of waiting is really discouraging. The only exams i felt somewhat confident leaving were FAR and BEC.

AUD and REG were MY toughest to study for. Who knows–but i do know that people who retake all sections at least 5-6 times and never give up are an inspiration. Wish i had the guts and drive to keep going like that. Cross my fingers for all of us.

This Stressss..is killing me…!!! Haven't done any work today… and probably won't be able to concentrate for the rest of the week..!!!!! REG is my last Test..!! If the CPA Gods Do Give Me a passing grade, I intent to celebrate the whole Weekend with a Bottle of Blue Label @ The Boat in Palomino Island in PR..!!!!!!!!!!
