REG updates – what do you study? confused

Hi everyone,

I’m very confused about the changes taking place. I’m taking REG on Dec 6th and according to Becker I can studythe 2013 version and be ok. However, I’ve noticed information being missing or being different. What is it that I’m supposed to study for a Dec test? 2013 rates?2012? the 2013 version of Becker? Can someone please explain?

“Changes in the federal taxation area, the Internal Revenue Code and federal taxation regulations may be included in the testing window beginning six months after the change's effective date or enactment date, whichever is later.”
