    I reviewed the REG section of Jeff’s book and noticed that Professional and Legal Responsibilities has been moved to AUD? I have the Wiley 2011 review material and this section is still included. I am a little confused. Any clarification would be appreciated.

    Professional and Legal Responsibilities are still a part of Regulation. The CPA exams have always had some overlapping topics and I guess this is one of them. I think you should spend some time on it before your exam!
