What is “involuntary gap claims” under Bankruptcy section?

I couldn’t find an explanation on this.

Involuntary gap period is the gap between filing and the order of relief which is 20 day. Any persons who become creditors during the gap period are given high priority as thus they are involuntary gap claims.
