I have scheduled my exam for June 5th. According to Becker, they will be updating textbook in May/June. I have recently placed the order for that textbook and plan on studying April/May and sit in June.

Question:

Will these updates be significant in the sense that I will be at a huge disadvantage if I do not look at the updates (or read over the updated textbook? Can this hurt me (in a major way?).

i think the updates Becker is making are for the exam after June 30. i could be wrong but i am studying with the 2016 ninja book that i believe was updated for january to end of may, now june with the extended test dates.

you should be fine with the older version. for example, i have materials from 2013 and have passed 3 parts using the outdated material haha. i just make a note of anything that had changed by crossing out the old info in the book and i just move on. otherwise i had no major issues with using my older versions!
