I’ve studied for and taken FAR and AUD, and I can honestly say I’ve never been more fed-up with a topic more than REG like-kind transactions. Becker has 30 questions that look exactly the same, except one small detail changes and you have to read the question all over again and re-analyze the same information and it makes me want to kick puppies. AND I FREAKING LOVE PUPPIES!

annnnnnd rant over. only 10 more of these questions to go and then I go on break.

High five on that post for making me laugh. Just make sure you know property transactions in general inside and out. That was my downfall on REG attempt 1.

Hi BOB THE CPA.. I have an easy download from Becker about like-kind transactions. I'm not sure if they put it in their 2011 info.. but for 2010 they had it available on their website..
