Firstly I would like to thank this forum cause its a great help to review and watch out for important info !

I recently had given my reg exam and did fairly well on it, therefore i would like to share some study tricks i used.

As for my study, the core study meterial i used was Becker and supplimented with wiley and it worked great for me.

Also one other thing i did is I downloaded Proseries 2010 version from Intuit (its a free software). Eventhough it may have diffenent rates than 2012, it a great too if you want to understand the flow of meterial and the actual calculations.

What i did was,I went on every topic by topic on becker, then made up numbers with the core concept in my mind and used it on the software, it helped me to see the flow of info, the calculations (sometimes alt ways from becker) or reconcile my work.

Use it for any area (its a tax prep software) but a easy to use tool to clear alot of doubts !
