So I’m new here… found this site while freaking out over my first score release last week and loved it! I don’t have anyone in my life who has gone through this process… and it was awesome to see so many people being supportive- and most of all understanding what its like!

Anyway, onto my issue- I failed REG (74). I took it about a month ago, so the info is fairly fresh in my mind. I am scheduled to take AUD at the end of november, and I want to leave myself enough time to study properly…. but is 2/3 weeks enough time to cram/refresh for REG? I work full time, and will be studying before and after work. I used just Becker last time, just bought REG NINJA notes and the wiley test bank for REG to supplement.

I’m hoping someone who has been in this situation before can give me some guidance!

    REG: 8/15/11- 74 Retake 10/17/11
    AUD: 11/28/11
    FAR: 2/12
    BEC: 5/12

If you arent taking AUD until the end of November, you have plenty of time. I would give yourself a solid 3-4 weeks to knock REG out of the way. You'll only need 4-5 weeks on AUD. There is not a ton of material and the concepts, while outside the box if you are not an audit, are not all that complicated.

Since you were so close, you should be fine. Expect your test to be totally different than the one you just took though. Just go through all the questions in the Wiley software, sims included. You should be good to go.

Tax is the bane of my existance so I just want to get REG out of the way… I'm hoping AUD won't give me quite as much grief 🙂
