Whew 200+ MCQs down, finishing my first run w/ Ninja MCQ. Average is in the low 60s though :(, thanks to BLAW. I have about 700 to do until review phase.

@mtaylo – you'll get it! you were so close! Today I am just doing tons of multiple choice and then just trying to match anything back to notes that I somehow managed to miss the reasoning behind since I've already gone through and re-written all my notes – I am hoping it gets me there.

For scorp distribution. If s Corp distributes non liquidating property. Does that affect SH basis? All the questions dance around that.

@jcberthoud I think if it is a non-liquidating distribution, it is just regular distribution that decreases basis right?

Not sure. I guess b/c you are getting the property at FMV which is the same as a cash distribution. Just annoying that I haven't seen a s/h basis question with property distribution so far on becker or ninja. Not to worried about. just kinda curious.

Hi everyone,

This is my first time posting on Another71, although I read through it all the time. Can anyone tell me if there's a board on here where people discuss specific Ninja MCQ questions? I'm needing some clarification on a Reg question.

A little about my journey… I'm preparing to sit for my first attempt at Reg on December 5th. I am utilizing the Roger books/lectures to get affiliated with the material, but relying more on the Ninja MCQs because I love the interface and the extra helpful links on questions missed. In my opinion, Roger's questions are not as efficient as the Ninja MCQs. Of course you get to read the right answer with Roger, but if you're needing more information on why you missed it you have to go searching through the book or googling concepts. It's very frustrating, especially if you know the value of your time while studying for these exams.

Any help on my question above would be much appreciated!

anybody here knows how to review all MCQ questions and answer I've done few days ago with Becker Course?

Advice Please.

I am 1/2 through the Becker materials and my exam is 12/09. I have the Becker final review which I plan to complete the final 4 days before the exam.
My question is do you think I should purchase Ninja MCQ or just focus on finishing the BECKER MCQ.

@Warrior Dont' think you can do that in Becker. You can only do mixed MCQ in Test mode, which i HATE.

So this is my 3rd time at REG. I am taking the test December 7th. Tax is my weak topic so I am hoping to get my first past on the 3rd try. I am using Gleim but there is so much material; I have a hard time finding a place to start.
