    Thanks @re2pect I got a 71..and honestly it was better then I thought. A couple bonehead answers I had and it could have swung me right around the pass/fail mark :/…oh well nothing that can be done at this point.

    I think I am going to see if my work will pay for becker. Wasn't crazy about the Ninja MCQ's thought there was a ton of nonsense questions–I think between working Becker MCQ's and Gleim sims it will get me over the edge.

    @re2pect
    yeah I'm amazed at your 68 with doing absolutely none of the sims! That's just insane–I think you have 1Q in the bag! Good luckk and I'm sure you will hear a ton from me in the next few weeks!

    @aatoural yeah I'm convinved I have a vicious terrible pattern going. I've posted this in a prior threads but 2 years ago I started studying for my CMA and its had this weird/bad/awful pattern going every since…if you include my 2 CMA fails here is my pattern lol:

    F,F,P,F,F,P,F,F,P,F

    lets pray I can pass this next quarter and break up this pattern for good!

    I have a similar pattern I'm hoping to break lol.

    AUD 2x
    BEC 3x

    Praying REG doesn't take me 4x!

    OMG guys don't follow that. lets just leave it as coincidences.

    Lets try to help each other with tough scenarios and questions to discuss so we can all three be done with REG in quarter 1!

    @aatoural and @re2pect and last rant (no promises tho)…sounds crazy but I don't mind studying. I think it's fun challenging my brain. This one hurt most because my wife was looking forward to me having the free time with ours kids through the holidays. This was my first fail where she seemed genuinely upset with me that I didn't pass–almost more angry then feel bad for me. So feels like I let them down more then myself.

    Probably has to do with being in California, I've read other posters who say they don't get those till mid day instead of the 1AM release time. I would imagine you will have it before 2pm today.

    @dtatham10- Every fail I had I felt like I let my wife and son down. She's sacrificed a lot for me these last 2 years since I went back to school and started studying for the exams. I feel like it's not fair to her when I fail and prolong the whole process. She's always been supportive, but she's about had enough and wants her husband back lol.

    I'm not going to let my studying ruin the holidays. I plan to spend my son's first Christmas with him and not stay home studying like I did on Thanksgiving. I don't mind studying as much either, except for BEC, but my problem is that I usually don't get to sit down and study until around 9pm during the week. By that time I'm exhausted from working all day and spending time with the baby that the last thing I want to do is stare at my laptop for 2 hours. Luckily I have a job that's pretty laid back and I can sneak in some studying during the day.

    Well Im back. 6 points shy. Bc I have a year end close approaching I think I'm going to retest January 3rd. Should I just focus on cramming multiple choice and and sims. Then review things as I get a question wrong? Bc to re reading torture lol. Good times.

    @re2pect wow, feel like we are in the same exact position. Always nice to know others can relate–I also have a somewhat laid back job (besides month ends) so I can fit a little study time in. I'm usually 9-11 on the weekdays and 4 hours on the weekends.

    @aatoural
    @re2pect when are you guys sitting for the exam?

    OMG…. I can't believe I SCRAPPED BY with a 78!!! Thank you to this forum, thank you to this thread. I hope you all don't lose hope. I knew it was by the thread, but wow…. This is the one section, I genuinely have NO confidence to demostrating to others how to pass because I literally have NO IDEA HOW I even passed it.

    @jcberthoud- If you're going to retake it that soon then I would keep hitting mcq's and sims. Figure out where you were weaker and try and get that down. Keep doing cumulative sets to keep everything fresh and review some notes along the way.

    I know I need to work on depreciation and all the mid-month, mid-quarter calcs. Also need to work on corporate and partnership distributions. I'll never be great at blaw, but going to try and strengthen that a little too.

    @dtatham10- I'm pretty much on the same study schedule as you. Sometimes I might get 1.5 to 2 hours in at work. It's dead here on Fridays so I'll usually get 3-4 hours in lol. I think another thing that hurt me was studying too much the week leading up to my exam. Usually 4 hours is my limit, but I was putting 6-7 hour days in and my brain was fried.

    I need to stay off here for a while and hit some mcq's lol. I get frustrated with Gleim because it's so hard just to get a 70 on most sets I do. Hopefully that will only help me for the retake.
