Hey Guys,
Found out on 8th that i passed REG and with that am done.
I brought Gleim Software particularly to practice REG SIMs which i felt were really useful and still having 400 days plus validity, don’t know whether i can give it to somebody who is in need. don’t know whether it violate the policy with Gleim if i give it somebody.

I don't think it falls within exam disclosure because I'm not looking for specifics, but has anyone ever had a sim on their exam where you have to fill out a tax form? I've seen a few of them on Ninja and just did a couple on Gleim for corporations.

@re2pect I'm probably the best one to answer this seeing as I've taken REG 4x's! And no I've never seen it. I do think it's helpful tho!

I got zero sleep running through the exam over and over in my head last night. I'm about 90% sure I missed one sim off of a question i specifically addressed in this thread so it's beyond frustrating. @namstut mentioned earlier how it sucks when you miss stuff you shouldn't have and thats where I'm at right now. I can live with the crazy topics that were barely covered but giving away free points hurts!

@dtatham10- I'm sure it's been on an exam before or it wouldn't be a part of review courses, but they seem pretty easy except for maybe a couple tricky things that could be included. I agree they're helpful and it's a good way to get familiar with the tax forms and where everything goes.

Don't drive yourself crazy over it. Most people miss a question here or there that they usually would get right while studying. I did that when I took FAR and made a rookie mistake by not searching the AL for one of my sims. I would have found the answer word for word, but luckily it didn't cost me. It's out of your hands now, but I'm sure you did everything you could to prepare yourself.

Hello all!

I am in need of a serious study makeover apparently, I just found out my second set of REG test scores and I received a whopping 74…the first time I got a 67. I am more than ready to give up, but before I do, I am willing to give one last ditch effort before the exam changes. In order to push me over the hump into a passing score, I am considering purchasing the NINJA 10 point combo package. I already have the Wiley CPAexcel materials, but I obviously need something more. Has anyone had any luck with the 10 point package? Congrats to you all, even if you have one passing score. Don't give up, remember you could have none. 🙂

I got my exam notification and weaker in SIMS, ethics and taxation of individuals (who would have thought??) and then get stronger in tax of entities and BLaw. Ufff

I am stuck with exam January 23rd they didn't have anything closer.

@aatoural well looks like I have a study partner in the coming weeks! Have you looked at other prometric locations? I have 2 I typically go to. One of them is always packed but is the one I prefer…if I want a certain date more then convenience I go to the 2nd location which always seems to be available.

Really curious to see what the 21st score release brings! In the meantime I plan on doing a handful a questions a night just so I don't lose too much ground.

The only one closer is 38 miles away. More than an hour driving and in traffic even more. I am going to keep checking on a daily basis maybe mine opens something earlier.

@aatoural ah yeah that's my typical drive to a testing center. Its an hour to the closest one and the other center is just slightly over an hour. And yeah I know! We will see!

They already put out the score release dates for next quarter?

I'm still waiting on my NTS. I usually get it a day or two after I apply, but nothing yet. I'd like to take it towards the end of the first score release.

@dtatham10 – Miami traffic not very friendly for such a long drive.

@Re2pect – I got my NTS yesterday morning and scheduled right away. Hopefully you get yours today. Mine was around a quarter to 10:00 am so check at that time.

hmm…thats odd…i had seen Q1 a few weeks ago…it was Feb 4th with last day to test Jan. 20…now i cant seem to find it anywhere as well…but here is the link for the rest of 2017 omitting Q1.
