    We traded places! I'm in Jax though. Love Florida weather, but I have wear at jacket when it drops below 70. Hahaha

    I have a lot of family still in Florida. That's where my mother is from. I used to spend summers with my Grandmother in Homosassa Springs and it rained every day!!

    @wannabe–Washington by way of Virginia Beach…now that's a jump.

    @taxlady
    –the rain is interesting. Bright and sunny one minute, pours down for 5 minutes, and then sunny again. That was hard to get used to and I never managed to have an umbrella when I needed it. My solution: just stop bothering to do my hair ever AND never wear a white shirt. 🙂

    Guys, I need advice. Should I spend my last 4 days reviewing notes or strictly working questions? I have 9 legal pads of notes and I just don't know if reading them is time well spent?

    I have a hard time doing nothing but test bank questions close to the exam. i get really burnt out on them. What I did for FAR and it really helped break up the monotony was to read a section of notes, then answer a session of questions on that topic, read another section of notes, then answer a session of questions on that topic. Repeat until I have covered all the topics. Then focus on just the problem areas. Do flashcards, work problems, reread notes, or rewrite the notes on really weak areas. Another suggestion i have is to make a one page note page of “memorization” items. Look it over before you go into the test. Once you sit down, before you log in, jot everything you can remember from that one page onto your white board. Then clear that stuff out of your mind and leave brain room for the things you couldn't memorize, but really need to think about during the test. If you come to a question on one of the memorization topics, the answer is right in front of you and you don't have to pull it from your brain.

    @Yeahh..Long way, but i wasnt settled in Virginia, just with family for a while ,later found my husband who is from here..so we are most probably permanently here 🙂

    I would highly recomend going through notes but another 2 days of mcqs is good alongwith notes. I spend 2-3 days for sure just reading book or notes and clearing all doubts and sticking details. Getting mcqs wrong at that point just discourages me and i almost missed one attempt of FAR for 1 point as on the last day i was soo worked up i went to exam with confusion.

    Hi All…hope you can help me with this one…

    Is interest income from muni bond included in gross income? I know it is not taxable…but it is reportable right?. So I am confused as to ‘whether to include in gross income'. There is a MCQ in becker which asks what should be included in gross income. Options with amounts include wages, unemp compensation, and ofcourse the interest income from invsmt in muni bonds.

    Thanks in advance for you help!
