I have a hard time doing nothing but test bank questions close to the exam. i get really burnt out on them. What I did for FAR and it really helped break up the monotony was to read a section of notes, then answer a session of questions on that topic, read another section of notes, then answer a session of questions on that topic. Repeat until I have covered all the topics. Then focus on just the problem areas. Do flashcards, work problems, reread notes, or rewrite the notes on really weak areas. Another suggestion i have is to make a one page note page of “memorization” items. Look it over before you go into the test. Once you sit down, before you log in, jot everything you can remember from that one page onto your white board. Then clear that stuff out of your mind and leave brain room for the things you couldn't memorize, but really need to think about during the test. If you come to a question on one of the memorization topics, the answer is right in front of you and you don't have to pull it from your brain.
