So basically bankruptcy only discharges credit cards, mortgages, car notes, and personal loans?

11/29–Sorry, this is Mamabear/CPAMommyof3/Mommybear. I was locked out again and had to use my husband's email to create yet another user name.

How was your study day? These flashcards are great, btw! I use the $1 NINJA ones I got from a sale and they are good, but these are too!

14–I was only thinking voluntary and involuntary, but I guess that's wrong.

15–An offer can terminate if it is not accepted and if a counteroffer is made, which terminates the original offer.

I worked on SIMS today for a few hours and then spent the afternoon at my daughter's school volunteering for her Thanksgiving feast. It went okay, but I think I'll be screwed on the real exam. None of the test bank SIMS are like the real thing at all. I have Ninja Flashcards too, but I'm just making some of these from my notes and from Becker flashcards. The terminology ones just come from the glossary in my book. How was your study day?

14 – I was thinking Ch 7, 11, and 13 – Ch7 liquidates assets, the other two don't (I think 11 is for Corps and 13 is for Individuals) – voluntary and involuntary are good too though!

15-Correct! – also included are expiration, rejection, and operation of law (death, insanity, illegal)

Oh! The chapters. That makes more sense. You are correct about what they are for 7-liquidation, 11-business, 13-individuals

So adorable – my son had his Thanksgiving feast last week. I missed it (working), but my dad and youngest went and said it was cute. I can't wait to be done with this test so I can get them cute little Christmas outfits. Not girl-cute, but as cute as I can do with boy clothes 😉

My day was not good. I had to go back to the dr (I can't kick my cold) and got more medicine. I'm going to bed early tonight and hope tomorrow will be a better study day. I am VERY worried about the exam. I think I'm feeling better about the MCQ, but all these people are freaking me out about the picky SIMS.
