    @mommybear and Zubairs..Thanks for your support and suggestions. You are right i am not going to let it get to me for left days, i think i should get more motivation out of it to do all weak areas taken from the test and all others i think and just give my 100%.

    @MommyBear – that is a FANTASTIC score! Go Mommy!

    @Wannabe
    – I got a 61% too – although I did really well on the SIMS (totally surprised me) and very poorly on the Business Law stuff. I agree that these help you figure out what areas you need to review/study more.

    Oh! Did you use Becker??? Yeah, I wouldn't be very concerned then. I have read a lot of posts about Becker and how much harder the questions are compared to the real tests and that on average people score 10 pts higher on the real thing than they do on Becker. So you just need to focus on your weak spots to raise it up a little to erase your fears. You should be good to go! I would still do what I said and go through the test question by question just to identify your weak areas versus what you THINK they are.

    We clearly need to quiz solely on blaw for a few hours sometime. It was my weak spot too. I didn't read the book on that either so quizzing and reviewing the Ninja stuff and becker flashcards for blaw is the only way I'm bringing that score up. I refuse to read 500 pages of blaw from my book at this late in the game. Cramming will have to suffice!

    Seriously! I just want to know the facts and nothing but the facts of blaw. We can do it now if you guys want so zubairs can join. Or do you want to take your break and make your plan wannabe? I have to pick up my kids in 2 hours so it's either now or after 9:30 tonight EST.

    I can quiz now if you would like. I promised my husband/kids that I would hang out with them tonight, so I'm out tonight.

    9:30 pm right? So that will be 5:30 am my time I think I can do that. I'm planning to pull an all nighter off tonight, so by then I should have at least 1 hour in the tank before I hit the bed. So let's do this 🙂

    Don't pull an alnighter!!! I did it and I paid for it the rest of the week. I started failing every quiz I took. I'm serious. Not a joke. Get some rest and come back at 5:30.

    This latest discussion is just what I need! I am “failing” the practice exams. Real thing is tomorrow for me. Thanks for the reality reminder on how practices are graded versus real thing. It does let me know where my mistakes are for sure!

    1 – Under the Sales Article of the UCC, which of the following circumstances will relieve a buyer from the obligation of accepting a tender or delivery of goods?

    I. If the goods do not meet the buyer's needs at the time of the tender or delivery.

    II. If the goods at the time of the tender or delivery do not exactly conform to the requirements of the contract.

    I only.

    II only

    Both I and II

    Neither I or II
