D is correct..I did not know about taking 2 *100 deductions because there are two types of storms/casualty from 2 events…That was new for me…I am glad i did this question..

I wish I was doing better in my test bank. I feel okay on the MCQ, but REG sims scare me to death. They were so awful last time and I still have horrible thoughts about that test. I am really hoping I get Tax Lady's test. I hate how much luck plays a part in the SIMS. Knowledge contributes greatly to the MCQs because they gear the test towards your weaknesses, but luck of the draw on the SIMS is an important part for anyone that isn't 100% comfortable with every tested topic.

@CPAMommy – this board (other than Tax Lady) is starting to freak me out over the Reg SIMS. My FAR SIMS were a nightmare. If they get worse than that, I might cry.
