@cpamommy….Just keep at it…I would say don't worry about the % and number of questions soo much, try to get all the concepts clear and make sure you keep taking review tests of what you have done good and practice as much as you can…I am just going to finish tax questions from Ninja and rest i am going to focus on Becker as i am still not done with Blaw Homework in Becker

I have 9 days now, i will take a final test on the 22nd and these 5 days before that i am thinking of doing atleast 50mcqs of each tax topic, 200 Tax questions(10ques), About 15 Sims everyday and Few topics of Ethics and Blaw revise/mcqs from Becker..As much as i try i keep forgetting tax, that is why i want to keep in touch with certain amount of questions everyday until i take a final practice test.

I think its all about the last days that count the most and you have 12 days ahead..i am sure you will do great 🙂

Ha. I can barely get through 30 questions in an hour. I thought 200 MCQ AND 15 Sims every day…not gonna happen for me.

Looks like I am pulling an all nighter. I haven't done that since grad school. Definitely before working full time and having kids. Tomorrow should be an interesting day. At least I have a new employee starting so I should be on my feet more than sitting behind my computer. Not sure what's going to happen in my morning meeting with our V.P. Do you think they'll hold it against me if I ask to stand up during the meeting so I don't fall asleep???

I wish I liked coffee. This coke is doing nothing for me. I could go to sleep, but I have to get up at 5 anyways. 3 hours of sleep does not help me at all. It would just piss me off.

On August 1, Titan wrote a personal check that was drawn on First Plymouth Bank and made payable to Brass. Brass, on August 2, presented the check to First Plymouth Bank for payment, which was refused. Who had primary liability on this check?

First Plymouth on August 2 but not on August 1.
