@Just3 that is insane. Aren't B and D literally equally true? Mind is blown. Unless there is an explanation for why D is wrong?

@Bear good luck tomorrow! Give em hell

So I need a definitive answer on this small topic.

Becker says the Generation Skipping Transfer tax “applies when individuals transfer property to a person who is two or more generations younger than the donor or transforer”

So this is probably obvious to most people, but is the GSTT only for great grandchildren or for grandchildren too?

So two generations skipped would be like my daughter and her daughter. If those two generations were skipped, that would be my great-granddaughter right? Ugh. I hate family tree crap.

The girl from prometric just called and told me I can come in any time from 8:30-1:00 but 1:00 is the absolute latest even though my appointment is for 1:30 lol

I think she wants to enjoy her holiday weekend!

Anybody have an easy way to understand real v. personal defenses?

Under the Negotiable Instruments Article of the U.C.C., in a nonconsumer transaction, which of the following is a real defense available against a holder in due course?

    1.Material alteration
    2. Discharge in bankruptcy
    3. Breach of contract

    A.
    II and III

    B.
    I and II

    C.
    III only

    D.
    I only

@juat3 Fraud and Bankruptcy are the real defense. Breach is personal.
