willpassby2014, there are plenty of those charts, google regulation D and search images. Some are outdated (general solicitation not allowed under 506)

OK. Thanks. Anna. Do you know this….Thank god i read this now when i was doing a simulation.

In the year of purchase, these conventions are already incorporated into the percentages provided in the MACRS tables so no adjustment is necessary to the numbers from the tables.

Yeah I've forgotten a lot of business law I think. Negotiable instruments in particular I've never liked.

Going to read all 230 pages of Ninja business law tomorrow and do as many MCQs as I can.

Hopefully by Friday I won't have too much to do other than go through my notes, I think doing MCQs up until the last minute can be detrimental due to both burnout and confusion (see one random exception that's barely ever tested but it makes you question your entire foundation).

    FAR - 86
    REG - 83
    AUD - 97
    BEC -

    willpassby2014,

yeah I actually recalculated those tables right away to see what's inside. I feel more comfortable using the old fashion double declining balance calculation

    @ Anjanja:

I had trouble with attachment too but yesterday I was determined to understand what it was all about and realized it's really not that confusing. You must have rights to the collateral (you can't give up what's not yours), and the creditor must have given value (he can't put a claim on what he hadn't given) and you two must have an agreement (how else will anyone know about it?)

At least that's how I understood it. 🙂

    2010:
    BEC: 74, 71, 74, 75
    AUD: 71, 74, 83
    REG: 71, 76
    FAR: (I quit) 34, 45

    2015:
    BEC: 79
    AUD: 78
    REG: 67, 76
    FAR: 56 (trial run), 74, 74, 74, 80!
Thank God. Your prayers are always answered! Do not give up. Thank you St. Joseph Cupertino.

    kemi22,

i am technically capable of understanding all this blaw material, but there is just not enough time. I didn't even read bankruptcy and debtor/creditor chapters yet. Everything else I did read, I read very fast without taking notes. I still need to review taxation part so there is no time to master or even finish blaw really
