I don't really practice research questions. If I am looking for something I just google it and go with IRS or IRC results

Oh no no, it's not wrong, i am just saying that in-laws are not related for related party transactions, but related for exemptions

Oh goodness, I am struggling with mcq's…I shortened the questions from 30 to 20 and still missing at least half. Going to notes for a few…how's everybody else coming?

I am restudying R1 or personal taxation (if you arent using Becker). How important is the AMT … I find this just too daunting to memorize. I am struggling to memorize the deductions leading to AGI!

What is most tested from individual tax? I feel I have an okay understanding, but want to hit the most likely culprits a little harder.

    Thanks!

It is always great to be thinking about REG at 8:30pm on a Saturday!

I like the AMT breakdown in the ninja notes. It's to the point (no fluff) and easy to remember.

I am not at all good with taking exams…Feels like to go and sit and finish it off, but i know it wont help me in any way…I am tired..I am lost..feeling really weak..mentally and physically…
