Is there anyone here using CPAExcel for REG? I am just wondering if it prepares one sufficiently for the exam. I think it did for FAR, but I'm just starting REG and it's really just feeling off with Dodd Frank and the JOBS act etc.

    2010:
    BEC: 74, 71, 74, 75
    AUD: 71, 74, 83
    REG: 71, 76
    FAR: (I quit) 34, 45

    2015:
    BEC: 79
    AUD: 78
    REG: 67, 76
    FAR: 56 (trial run), 74, 74, 74, 80!
Thank God. Your prayers are always answered! Do not give up. Thank you St. Joseph Cupertino.

For ninja, I did all the questions except for like 350ish blaw questions… only once. I did Becker questions once and I'm re-doing Becker again now almost done with r5 which I totally screwed up. I'm starting to forget stuff I think I dragged this exam out way to long. Should have took it yesterday like I originally planned.

@DPD – I don't think it's necessary to know all the forms. My overall experience with REG – from having taken in multiple times and passing – is you need to know more concepts and calculations vs. the actual forms!

    Good luck!

    REG: 5/30/15 - 77
    FAR: TBD
    BEC: 8/31/15 - 70, 73, 1/8/16 - 77
    AUD: 6/1/16- 73, 8/2/16

Agree. Don't dwell on the forms… Though for me it was nice to visualize how everything flowed from one for to another, but I didn't memorize them for anything. Best of luck!

@Jstay : Good luck for 5/15, If whatever CPA8488 mentioned is true 🙂 than please God save us. First Angelwatch and Gabe now Jstay than CPA8488, by the time I think I am gonna sit for the test Curve is gonna be too high for me to even see from bottom.

I am going to appear on 5/29, still reviewing Last chapter. Haven't done any revision. I think I am gonna miss the boat this time. Time is flying and I am working at the speed of snail. I hate revisions, they are the most boring part for me to study.

Lets see June will be my lucky month or not. Prayers for all Q2 Reg group.

    CA Candidate
    FAR: You are down...
    Aud: Surprised me...Thanks
    BEC: 75% work done
    REG: It's 80 but I am 100% done 🙂

oh he knows, he also knows once I am done I am leaving. I wouldn't have to if he took care of CPE requirements and didn't lose his license

I am lucky enough to have part-time job that covers daycare cost, it's not that easy to find, so can't really complain that much, just on occasion 🙂

I have a question about Employee Stock Options (covered in R1 of Becker). I am reading contradictory statements about the requirements of an ESPP. Is it correct that in order to be an ESPP, the option price must be less than the lesser of 85% of the FMV stock price when exercised or when granted?
