@mariam almas, REG exam was OK. i felt good after it, but the SIMS were a bit all over the place. It is my lower score out of the 4 exams, must be SIMS impact
Personally, because i'm not a tax specialist, i would advise doing FAR before REG. Mainly because a good understanding of Financial statements from FAR help on tax preparation in REG. That's a very personal opinion…
I believe REG is much easier than FAR and less volume to study. Practice a lot of MCQs and do as much SIMS as possible before the exam.
During the exam, most of people get comfortable on the MCQs and leave the test center frustrated after SIMS get thrown at them.

    Good luck!

FAR: 89 (Nov 15) – Wiley CPAExcel, Ninja MCQ, Roger CRAM
REG: 79 (Feb 16) – Wiley CPAExcel, Ninja MCQ, Roger CRAM
    Thanks God! I'm done

I am not taking REG until May, but I don't see a Q2 study group. I need to know if there are any tips on how to prioritize REG while working full time. I am using GLEIM, which is amazing but a lot of information. TIPS?

Ugh I felt that the REG SIMS were the worst out of the 4 exams. Get familiar with the IRC guys, it comes in handy for the SIMS if you know how to use it.

@AmorD, AUD was expiring after more than a year sleeping. look at my first exam dates. lol
I had therefore one single bullet to kill REG.
I don't recall stats for BEC; however for all 4 exams, i made sure before sitting that i had all Ninja MCQ done at least twice, average score above 75% and average trending score above 90%.
    Hope that helps

    Thanks @Consty for your reply.

I've done around 3,000 MCQs from my last REG's attempt. We almost had the same stats (average and trending). I scored 76.

BEC has 1393 MCQs in total. Did you reset it in the middle of your review after seeing all the questions? Or did you just keep going until you reach over 4,000?

These are the results of long hours of study before and after work; no week end and missing almost all friends invitations during money time (2-3 weeks before the exam).
You just have to put in some motivation and strong desire to succeed. We are all smart, just the desire and willingness to NOT FAIL make the difference.
Good luck everybody!!!! You can do it!
