    @FutureNinja I am using Becker. I usually take daily progress tests of about 50-100 questions of the chapters I've already covered. Some questions are very repetitive because they pop up on almost every test, but it is a good thing. It keeps your mind fresh. I read and take notes the first time around. Second time Around I read the book again and re-do all the MCQ. and if I have time for a third review I go over my notes and lastly take the final review exams. I've done this twice already and apparently it's working. Good luck!

    @future ninja,
    It's never any fun to fail….so start over has been the consensus of many. What materials are you using, maybe change to the ninja products and conquer those mcq's may be the tip over to passing. I have learned the hard way, and spent more money wasting time…..I am looking to pass the next window, I have made the switch to ninja and resisting the urge to try other things. keep it simple…plain ‘ole study leads to plain ‘ole passing. It's time for the fine tooth comb. You can do it….take a day, regroup, and go at it….you're too close to give up now.

    It begins with a 75
    Been here too long as a cheerleader....ready to pass

    Oh and the lectures too. I make sure I watch them at least twice. I feel like my way of studying is very tedious, but it's ok as long as I get those passing scores.

    Congratulations to all who passed this wave.

    @FutureNinja, I am sorry to hear about your another 74. You were just so close. You'll get it next window. You know the materials really well. It's just the luck of the draw of SIMS. After sitting REG for lovely six times, I've learned to love tax and business law now. How about we help each other out? Help me with BEC and I'll help you with REG. Even if I don't know the topic that well, I'll research and work it out for you.

    Let's all hang in there. We got it!

    My ninja book says that the tax return for a partnership is due on the 15th day of the fourth month following close of the tax year, that would mean that it is 4/15 if year end is Dec 30 and I did a ninja mcq on that and the answer reveals the same thing but…
    my Roger book says it is 3/15 2 and a half months after year end (considering year end is 3/15),
    If I am taking my exam in April what should I use,
    oh yah and I also checked the IRS website and that also says the 3rd month after the year end
    thanks!

    I think roger mention in his free trial video that 3/15 date is gonna to apply from July window, before that 15day of 4rth month,
    please check this with someone else.

    Hey all, I have finally passed REG on my 4th try (before my FAR expires) and I am doneeee!!! On my 4th time studying, I did all of the NINJA MCQ twice, reviewed my notes of wrong answer explanations, and just kept drilling the questions (at least 100 a day) during my final review. Thank you all so much for the help! Very much appreciated. Best of luck to everyone!

    @Amor D,

    You are absolutely AWESOME!! You will never know how much your positivity encourages us to never give up. I sit for REGULATIONS on April 2nd and as many times as I've wanted to throw all of this material in the trash can, I can always be assured that you've posted something in reference to not giving up. You ROCK!

    @Future Ninja,

    You will overcome your obstacles and successfully pass REG. I echo what @Amor said, let's grind hard until your next testing date.

    Good luck to EVERYONE!
