@Terranz…I agree with Insinyah for the first two items. As for the third item, Regulation D, general solicitation is not allowed under Regulation D. General solicitation is usually not allowed for 504, 505, and 506. Can you tell me where in Becker it says it is allowed? I just want to be sure I understand this. I am working with Becker 2013 edition and page R7-43 at the bottom states it is not allowed.

@journhi….yes everything is same for related party and gift calculation for tax…. for co-surety question….the contribution proportion of remaining sureties does not change …they just exclude the proportion of the co-surety who was discharged or became bankrupt….

I used wiley book, wiley TB and ninja notes. Topics I expected to be tested through simple multiple choice ended up being simulations. I was just really surprised the examiners chose those topics for sims. You will see.

Oh Dear … I just hope and pray i don't get the exam test like Dave …. I noticed others on Reg Exp mentioned the SIM's were not bad… praying very hard I get those type of SIM';s

I took the exam last window and I can say the SIMs were awful. I am just expecting that I probably will not know the answers… I think a lot of it is learning how to deal under pressure and using the Authoritative Lit.
