Qlad – I have used them, I find them ok, they are a good review but they aren't the best…I have the app it was cheaper then the Wiley app and i try to do the questions when i have downtime when i am out and about.

I really am struggling with this retake, work has been so busy with Q3 and tonight the last thing i wanted to do was study, but my husband told me even and hour is better then nothing….so here i am! hoping for 2 hours

Corp Tax – my person devil is on thew agenda the next few days!

A - 61, 91!!
B - 78!
F - 76!!!
R - 71, 73, 74, 69, 77!!!!

Finally done!

This is my 2nd attempt at the exam, I had two parts passed (failed many) and I stupidly quit, big mistake. Now I'm back and with a vengeance!

basically.. Land will always be 1231 as it's not depreciated. 1245 would be things like machinery and equipment. 1250 relates to buildings, warehouses, etc. To be any of these, the property must be held over 12 months as well.

@Olad…Not true! I have seen your answers on here and I think you are doing very well. Don't get discouraged… In B-Law I have found that the more problems you do, you start to recognize the same tricks over and over. Best advice is to keep doing those B-LAW MCQs. Maybe you just need to take a breather this morning. Do something relaxing…take a walk, get out for a bit, and come back later when you feel better. You are going to do great!
