I think Qlad you will be fine, Just keep practicing and work that Wiley Test bank until you start hitting over 75 🙂

In Gleim I am getting like 60's and Wiley I am like 75's plus. I know if i can get better test scores in Wiley and improve Gleim to be closer to 75, that will put me in good shape 🙂 Just practice people … practice makes perfect!

@Qlad, I am in the same boat as you now. I took a quiz on Wiley this morning and got 60%. The last Becker one I took, I got a 79%. I am really nervous now and my test is tomorrow!!

I really need some motivation/tips from you guys! I am currently on ch 5 of the Becker book but haven't done the mcq for chapters 3-5. Today is supposed to be a mcq until I die day and get all caught up with the mcq and then sims this weekend. However, I can't get motivated to get going. How do you guys get the motivation to get going. I really want to take reg before 10/20 so I can be in the 11/4 score release but at this rate I may have to push that back. I have not started my FT job yet but even that isn't motivating me to study.

@Qlad thanks for the pep talk! I am just so mentally burnt out. I studied for FAR from July through first week of August for literally 15 hours a day and ending up not passing. Then I half assed studied for audit and did the class and tested all within 22 days and passed. So for REG I have no clue what will happen. I do have tax experience from a two year internship and loved business law in college so hopefully once I get my butt in gear it should go smoothly.

A donated an original painting to the church worth $12,000,000 which he had bought several years back…for $ 2000000. The painting was the only contribution for the year. find the amount of charitable contribution deduction.

The answer is 1500000….why? that is max he can contribute …but the painting is only 12,000,000…then why ?
