    Oh Yes its A.

I misread A. I thought Blue accepted the Offer on July 1st instead of Blue accepted the Offer of July 1st.

    I need glasses.

Yes, it is A, Win, because Blue effectively accepted Silk’s offer of July 1. I don't understand how he effectively accepted the offer on July 1? Blue's inquiry was June 15. Also, I thought that even if the seller promises to leave it open, he can still sell it to someone else (unless it is a merchant's firm offer). Can someone please explain for me? Thanks.

    Cupcake,

You Read answer A like how did.

I didn't pick it cause i thought Blue Accepted the offer ON 1st July

But if you read answer A again its Win, because Blue effectively accepted Silk’s offer of July 1.. The OF July means Blue accepted the offer made to him OF July 1st. Not that he accepted the offer ON July 1.

    Qlad,

See what i wrote above to Cupcake. I explain why its Answer A.

Its the way we read it that we didn't catch the…. OF July 1st… not On July 1st. So its Answer A

Qlad, I don't think it is B because Silk wasn't obligated to keep the offer open for 30 days. Blue didn't give Silk any money to leave the offer open for those 30 days.. Now if Silk had accept Tint's offer of $82,000 then the offer would have been closed and Blue's accept on July 29th won't have been accepted because the property was already sold.
