Happy Friday everyone! This is my first time posting so forgive me if this has already been asked and answered. What is the % for medical deductions? Is it 10% of AGI or 7.5% of AGI? Thanks!

Qlad…the same thing happens to me. I know the rule, but don't apply it correctly. I think it just takes lots of MCQs…Learning the types of questions they ask. Read the problem a few times and try to think in your head what the applicable rule is first before trying to work it out. I sometimes just jump right into the calculation and screw something up because I didn't fully understand the requirement.

I have a proposition guys…we all are weak at some or the other topic…let's take one topic and all put as many questions as we find… and try to answer each other questions…move to the next topic only when totally strong and satisfied… let's not give the whole chapter as weakness…but just one topic…say MACRS…or IRA… so that the other person can really find the question that you are weak at….only questions and explanations…what do u say???
