@ Insiyah..it is not a particular question…in general i am able to understand the logic only when I read the explanation for that particular situation…not able to apply that logic myself…so not very confident…i am not sure i will be able to do that in exam if a new situation comes up…so don't know how to improve myself…

I think the only way to improve in Sales is to do practice questions – do batches of 20 Mini session. The ones you get wrong see if you can understand why you got it wrong. If you can't then post it here and we can help.

Remedies for breach of contracts

I find both Contracts and Sales tough chapters for myself too. But I will do the game plan above.

I honestly find with chapters that are wordy and you can keep reading it over and over again it doesn't help. What helps is actually doing the questions and then if you get it wrong seeing why it was wrong.
