Practice your weak area – do burst of random 20 questions session and keep doing as many questions as possible – Repeat question the next day that you go wrong previously. – repeating is the key to reinforcing your knowledge.

    FAR 05/27/14; 786/110 - Done !

I say work some sims then review the concepts the last two days, basically read on the notes and final review material for all chapters if you have Becker. Just try to tie things in the big picture and know where everything belong.

    FAR - 71, 68, 74, (8/31/14) 78 ✔
    REG - 67, 71, 71, (10/18/14) 78 ✔
    BEC - (11/29/14) 86 ✔
    AUD - 73, (4/4/15) 86 ✔

I can't believe this is over! 2 years and 3 months..

Got a few questions regarding corp AMT using LIE – MIND mnemonic.

For the pre-ace adjustments, the E is the excess depreciation over SL and then again in the ace-adjustments the N is the non-SL deprecation for property placed in service after '89. Isn't this redundant? So if we're adding back the excess of tax depreciation over SL as a pre-ace adjustment, what is being adjusted as a post-ace adjustment?

Also, for the DRD, is no DRD allowed or is 70% the maximum allowable regardless of how much you own?

    Thanks.

Thanks mags603! Good luck to you too! You will do great, I'm crossing my fingers for the both of us 🙂

I am finding it harder to study with having all of this time on my hands…I keep calling my family for support when I planned to be away from them to study, lol

I am pretty confused on different tax forms filling out praying the AL will be helpful for the SIMS and just trying to drill as many MCQs as possible. then will focus on a few different tax forms hard core tomorrow…K, K1, and any other forms you may suggest?
