REG tomorrow!!! 1,900 MCQ's…done! 70 sims…done! Still a little weak on some aspects of corporate & partnership tax, but I know most of the basis and property transfer stuff pretty well in those areas. I've used Ninja videos, Wiley Books & WTB. I've been consistently getting mid-80's on WTB…but not sure if that's a false positive because I've seen some of those questions several times.

Somebody please tell me it's gonna be alright…please! 19 hours till go time!

Hoping & praying for a good night's sleep and a middle of the road test bank tomorrow. Oh, and 2-3 research SIMS would be fantastic!!!!

Good luck all. Thanks for all of your posts. They have been very helpful. I hope I don't have to spend much more time monitoring (and sometimes contributing) this thread. I'd like to move on to BEC!

    AUD - 82 (10/13)
    REG - 84 (11/13)
    BEC - 91 (2/14)
    FAR - 81 (4/14)
    (Wiley, WTB, Ninja Blitz)

I'm DONE!!!! Thanks Jeff & all the Ninjas out there who answered questions & encouraged me along the way!

So, I take REG a week from today (my last part) and I'm hitting solid 80s and 90s in my MCQs and practice tests in the Wiley Test Bank. My only real weak area is Commercial Paper, but I'm not sure how much I'll see of that on exam day. What would you guys say I should do in terms of studying for the next week. I took off until after the Thanksgiving holiday, so my days are completely free to study until the exam. Should I just keep drilling general MCQs, SIMs, and practice exams along with rewriting Ninja notes, or do you guys recommend a different path?

I take the exam Saturday and am spending the last couple of days reviewing details I've overlooked. Most of this has consisted of B-Law topics I felt like I neglected. I was reviewing the Becker Chapter outline for Chapter 7, and at the top it stated that the exam should consist of roughly 20% of Chapters 5,6,7,8. Do I interpret that to mean B-Law is roughly 20% of the ENTIRE exam? I thought I had read somewhere else 60-40 split. If those chapters constitute 20%, I'm going to dedicate the remainder of my study time to nailing down the tiny details for tax instead, and assume I'll be okay for B-Law.

    FAR - 84
    BEC - 89
    AUD - 93
    REG - 87

@ajs_BABELs , i think you have a good plan. I take the exam on Wednesday and from here on out I am just doing MCQs and practice tests.

@JTS, the split used to be 60-40 but I hear more and more that B law is more like 10-20% not sure how accurate that is but i'm going with that and only focusing on tax for these last few days.

    Schedule 1065-partnership income

Even though partnerships aren't subject to income, they must file an information return known as a 1065. This return includes Schedules K & K1. Form 1065 includes an overview of income and deductions of partnership concluding in Line 22, Ordinary Business Income (Loss).

Schedule K & K1 provide detailed info about partnership's income and expenses showing each partner's distributive share of income/loss. Each partner is liable for taxes due on his/her share even if no distribution is made

    * I think the difference of K & K 1 is that Schedule K shows the aggregate amounts but K-1 is per partner.
