For current exam purposes, is the annual gift exclusion the 13,000 in 2012, or 14,000 in 2013? Using 2013 Wiley book, and I'm concerned that it wasn't updated for laws changing 7-1-13.

It's not really that hard to remember the differences in amounts of things like the 179, gift exclusion, etc. The problems in the exam will say what tax year. I had problems that said, for tax year xxxx.

With that being said, I didn't need to know any of them.

I am on my final chapter of corp tax in the wiley 2013 book and hopefully finish by tomorrow. Then tons of multiple choice and sims till Nov 21! Anyone else taking reg that day?

@Igotthis, I am reviewing….I feel burnt out but I am still grinding. 🙂 Currently I am redoing all questions in Becker and then will try to do some in Wiley. Good luck to you….we can do this!!! I have passed the other sections with prayers and lots of studying. God will reward us…keep going!!

@Igotthis, 3 weeks left and I am panicking a little…I'm going to write notes until Sun then non stop MCQ. I feel far behind being so close…I'm praying the next 3 weeks I can jam all the knowledge in…I have been studying at work while working which I think is driving me bonkers…ok I'm done venting, going back to work…
