Partnerships:

Hey guys! I'm back!!! It's good to be back!! Life has got in the way the past couple of months and I am way off track but that's ok!! I'm back and I'm here to stay till I finish up these exams. Looking at first week in January to take the exam. Good luck guys!!!

Finally over halfway through the material. Just finished chapter 5 of 8 in Becker. So far, I like business law a lot more than tax! I actually find bus. law kinda interesting. I'm having a difficult time with all the little tax rules and exceptions… and the differences in corps, s-corps, and partnerships. Instead of getting stuck on the chapters though, I've forced myself to move on to stay on track. It makes me nervous… but in all my other exams, the material didn't really click until my last couple weeks of review anyways. I never feel okay about the material until then… but I'm pretty anxious about in the meantime.

I'm taking the exam the day AFTER Halloween (bad timing on my part).

Between now and then, i will be doing lots and lots of MCQ's and for topics where I'm weaker, I'll dig into the details and write/rewrite notes. Let us know how it goes! I'm sure you'll be fine.
