    @UCMCPA couple Qs for ya:

    how did you keep all the different rules for IRA contributions (roth, traditional, coverdell, non-deductible) clear? I didn't

    did you memorize the amounts for individual AMT? No

    and did you memorize a lot of Circular 230 and SSTS? No, but you should.

    Jason contracted to sell his business to Farr. Upon execution of the contract by Farr, he delivered a note in lieu of earnest money which recited the nature of the transaction and indicated that it was payable on the date of the closing which was to be determined by the mutual consent of the parties. The note is

    a Nonnegotiable because of the recitation of the transaction which gave rise to it.
