@IY247 – Is this because the date at the top right of the check is not post dated?

    B - 80 (Aug 2012)
    A - 89 (Jan 2013)
    F - 77 (May 2013)
    R - 83 (Nov 2013)

ok so in a question like this I need to focus on the top left corner date. Not compare the top left corner date with what is mentioned in the body of the check/draft.

    Right?

    FAR 05/27/14; 786/110 - Done !

My guess would be that the date that is placed in the corner trumps the date that is manually written in the body of the check.

    Can someone confirm?

    B - 80 (Aug 2012)
    A - 89 (Jan 2013)
    F - 77 (May 2013)
    R - 83 (Nov 2013)

    My reasoning:

    A. Filling a fraudlent tax return – A CPA committing fraud should be punished.

    B. Faliure to exercise due care on Audit – Not quite as bad as the other options.

    C. Revocation of CPA certificate by an authorized body – If another authorized body revokes license, AICPA would as well.

    D. conviction for a felony – Committing a felony

    B - 80 (Aug 2012)
    A - 89 (Jan 2013)
    F - 77 (May 2013)
    R - 83 (Nov 2013)
