I studied for 2 hours and 45 min straight yesterday just doing MC questions and reviewing and writing notes. I think this is the best way for me to learn rather than spending reading and writing notes…I think my brain needs to analyze the questions for the material to stick…now all I have to do is do this every day until exam day and I should pass πŸ™‚

    Florida:
AUD: 73, 81! Thank you Lord!

FAR: 72, 78! Thank you God and my Mommy in Heaven!

    Thank you UMCPA πŸ™‚

I have tried to use that AL for REG and it never really helps.. It helps a lot in AUD but not so much in REG. Unless I don't know the secret on how to use it.

Thats great you got your MCQ;s done in a hours time.. I am the moment taking forever to do them.. Kind of worried for when I sit the exam that i want to do the MCQ;s in good time so i have enough time to really focus on the SIM's well.

    FAR 05/27/14; 786/110 - Done !

I already posted this in REg experience section, but i think it will be good to post it here as well.

Just came back from REG section exam and want to share some of my thoughts. It was my second try taking this part and i must say my multiple choice questions were totally different this time than first time. When i took REG in august i got about 90% of the questions on the same topic and Sims were terrible (so bad that i didn't even know where to get the material to study for it for a second try). So this time around i concentrated most of my studying on the topics i got the most in my try#1, well it was a big mistake!!!!! This time i got maybe 2-3 questions on the topics i got most of my questions in my try#1. Two of the Sims were very easy, so easy that i didn't really pay much attention to that topic while studying ( believe me i regret it now). So my advice to all retakers: PLEASE DO NOT SKIP any parts in your textbook, do not concentrate only on topics you got most of your questions on in your previous try!!!!!!!!!!

I actually feel much better after this try so hopefully i passed.

    AUD-75 YAY!!!!

I would concentrate less on a business law though but don't skip it. I got more questions on it this time than in my first try.

Grandma and Grandpa Generous had many children, but they have only one grandchild, Harold. Grandma and Grandpa would like to give him a gift of $5 million. Upon the transfer to Harold, for which of the following taxes will Grandma and Grandpa Generous have a current liability? Assume Grandma and Grandpa have exhausted their lifetime gift tax exemption.

    Gift Tax GSTT

    A. No No

    B. No Yes

    C. Yes No

    D Yes Yes

Which would you pick and why?

I know this is really personal preference but has anyone printed out the reg ninja notes? I just bought them and plan on testing on 10/26 if my nts arrives this week (just purchased today) and a spot opens up in prometrics. I keep folders with my handwritten notes for each section so I'm not sure if I want to print out all the NINJA notes and included them in these folders too? Any suggestions?
