    @Terranz I saw this error too and sent a message to Wiley! I brought it up last week on the board too and we had a long discussion about it. I think it should say “which one is correct?” And I think that would be A.

    Can someone please clarify when the title and risk of loss pass for NON-conforming goods? Thanks.

    @terranz..

    In your example, C, from what I have found, will not be allowed. You would need one student to be AOC, one to be LL.

    You cannot use the same student to claim expenses for the AOC, then use that same student and new expenses to claim the LL credit. I'll try to find a primary source on this, forgot where I read it.

    FAR - 84
    AUD - 94
    REG - 86
    BEC - 86

    @ Cupcake985 In a shipment of non-conforming goods, risk of loss remains will the seller regardless of the shipping term because the seller must make “perfect tender.”

    I'm not sure about the title.

    For ur Dent Corp. question, I think answer should be D. Because in Jardine can seek collection of loan amount from Dent, collateral or Surety in any order. It doesn't have to be in particular order. Atleast that's what I think. Please let me know what is the answer

    REG 81
    BEC 74,65,78
    FAR 79
    AUD 85 DONE!!!

    @Cupcake, With nonconforming goods, even though title passes when the seller completes the delivery requirements, risk of loss is always on seller until cure by seller
