    I have the same understand as UCMCPA for MACRS and Buildings.. I was very sure it was Mid-month no matter when it was bought in the year.

    The one that is a Half year Convention or Mid Quarter when the Equipment is bought at the last Quarter (40%)

    Uggggg…so frustrating!!! I was halfway through the SIMs for the chapter and the Becker site crashed on me. Lost all my answers….time to start again 🙁

    Can someone kindly clarify this point for me. This is related to Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention Act.

    If Debtors net monthly income multiplied by 60 is greater than 11,725 – bankruptcy is disallowed.

    I don't understand what is meant by income multiplied by 60 very well. Does it mean if i earn 190.00 net monthly income i have to multiple it by 60. If its under 11,725 then I am okay to ask for voluntary bankruptcy?

    Ya, you can d/l it… it's a pretty darn big file though, I think you need a couple gigs of space on your hard drive.
