Does anyone know if the NINJA MCQ section 3: Federal Tax Process, procedures, accounting, and planning is tied to a specific section of the NINJA notes? What about Becker?

Guys, don't forget about professional responsibilities– people tend to think of REG as being tax law and business law, and I think professional responsibilities ends up accidentally lumped in with business law sometimes. If you end up thinking that professional resp. + business law together is 20%, that will leave you unprepared on exam day. Professional responsibilities makes up about another 20% all on its own.

@Amor so glad you asked! I was doing horrible in my quizzing last night and was feeling quite defeated, but today, after I moved on from two topics I was struggling with (BL related) I had a breakthrough, and I am finally scoring 80% on a few topics! I am not done with this quizzing review process, but I am hoping I continue like this through the night and tomorrow. Finally seeing an average trend in NINJA MCQ > 70% so that makes me happy. I know there are still a few topics I gotta get better at and have lots more to review in a very short time, but I am trying to stay positive!

Hey jfern! Thanks for asking. I'm doing okay. I took off today through Friday to give myself a better chance of passing. Good luck to everyone testing this week. @amay–Good luck!!

Anyone else feel like Becker puts way too much time into BLAW? If it is only 20% of the exam, and R5-8 cover that portion, I feel its kind of a waste of valuable time for those trying to cram it. My plan is to skip most of the homework/SIMS/ and half of the lecture and just focus on ninja audio for R8. Spending some of this new free time on ethics, which alone is 20% of the exam seems like a much better use of time.

I've also had friends who've past FAR and not even studying the governmental accounting pieces. They just used their best guesses and focused their time on the more heavily tested areas.

Not saying its the best way to go, but in a time crunch I feel I'd be wasting some very valuable time for only a small portion of the exam.
